When driven, the wedge moves along the stud and enters the thickening, creating a wedging effect. The wedge anchor is made of carbon steel, coating – yellow zinc. It is used for fastening suspended ceilings, slats, and metal profiles to solid brick, concrete, and natural stone. It is installed in a pre-drilled hole in the attachment material and substrate and driven with a hammer.
