Public Offer

This document is an official public offer (offer) by Sistemnye Resheniya LLC (hereinafter the "Seller") to conclude a retail purchase and sale agreement for goods by remote means on the terms set out below, and is addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the "Buyer").
1. General provisions
1.1. In accordance with articles 437 and 494 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the posting on the website sissol.ru of a catalog of goods, their descriptions, photographs and prices is recognized as a public offer.
1.2. Placing an order by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of the offer (article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and signifies full and unconditional consent to the terms of this agreement.
1.3. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the order is placed or the Seller issues a cash receipt (article 493 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller transfers to the Buyer's ownership the goods (electrical equipment, cable and wire products and related goods), and the Buyer pays for and accepts the goods on the terms of this offer.
2.2. The name, quantity, range, price and characteristics of the goods are specified in the catalog on the website and in the placed order.
3. Price and payment procedure
3.1. The prices of the goods are stated in Russian rubles and include VAT (where applicable).
3.2. The price is valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller has the right to change prices until the moment of acceptance.
3.3. Payment methods: bank transfer by invoice, bank card, and other methods indicated on the website. The moment of payment is determined by the chosen method.
4. Placing an order and acceptance
4.1. The Buyer places an order independently on the website or through a manager.
4.2. Before the order is placed, the Seller provides the Buyer with information about the main consumer properties of the goods, the address and name of the Seller, the price and terms of purchase, delivery, service/shelf life and warranty period, payment procedure, and the validity period of the offer (article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out by the methods and within the timeframes indicated on the website and agreed upon when placing the order. The terms and cost of delivery are provided on the "Delivery and Payment" page.
5.2. Title and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over.
6. Return and exchange
6.1. The terms of return and exchange of goods are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation and are set out on the "Return and Exchange" page, which is an integral part of this offer.
7. Personal data
7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms consent to the processing of personal data on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
8. Liability of the parties
8.1. The parties bear liability in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for improper use of the goods by the Buyer.
