Delivery and Payment

Delivery methods

Shipping cost and lead time are calculated for your specific address at checkout. You see the final figures before you confirm the order.

Self-pickup from our warehouse — free

Free of charge, with no minimum order value. Two warehouses to choose from:

  • Main warehouse (Salaryevo), Moscow
  • Smolensk warehouse, Smolensk

You pick the warehouse at checkout.

CDEK

Choose how to receive your order — pickup point, courier to your door, or parcel locker. The available options, their prices and lead times are shown at checkout for your address.

Delovye Linii

For oversized and heavy shipments, terminal to terminal. Online quoting for Delovye Linii is not connected yet. If you need this carrier, place the order and say so in the comment field: a manager will calculate the cost and lead time and send them for your approval before payment.

Payment methods

Private customers

  • Online via payment link — we send a payment link once the order is placed. Available with any delivery method.
  • Card on collection — pay by card when you pick the order up. Available only with self-pickup and only from the Smolensk and Moscow warehouses. If the method is unavailable, checkout states the reason.

Business customers

  • Bank transfer against an invoice — the invoice is generated automatically and sent to the e-mail address you provide.

Returns: who pays for return shipping

What is deducted depends on the reason for the return and on who transports the goods back:

  • Goods of proper quality, we arrange the return carriage — we deduct the return shipping at the carrier's current tariff plus a return handling fee from 1000 ₽ (depending on the region).
  • Goods of proper quality, you bring them to the warehouse yourself — nothing is deducted, you get the full amount back.
  • Defective or faulty goods — nothing is deducted under any return method.

Return shipping is not a flat fee: it is calculated when you submit the return request in your account, and the deduction and the net refund are shown to you before you submit it. Returns are accepted at the main warehouse in Salaryevo.

Refunds are issued within 10 days of the claim. Full terms are on the Returns and Exchanges page.
