AD-32 residual current circuit breaker (RCBO) is used in AC electrical circuits with a rated voltage of 230V/400V and a frequency of 50 Hz in residential and public buildings. It is designed to protect people from electric shock upon accidental contact with exposed conductive parts of electrical installations. It protects electrical installations (EI) during conductor insulation damage and EI faults, prevents fires and ignitions resulting from leakage currents and subsequent short circuits, ground faults, and earth faults. It provides automatic disconnection of a section of the electrical network during overloads and short-circuit currents.
