The bit ribs are produced by cold forging in accordance with precise specifications. The tip undergoes a special hardening process at temperatures up to 870°C. The result is a nozzle with a hardness of 60 HRC to increase service life. Bits are produced using CUTOP technology. Bit resource is from 2000 pcs. of self-tapping screws (own tests conducted on 3.5x41 wood screws). Packaging: cardboard hanger.
