The Cutop Profi Plus industrial concrete drill bit with a cross tip is designed for professional and industrial use and can drill even high-strength concrete, stone, brick, and granite. To manufacture the cross tip of the drill bit, a tungsten carbide alloy with the addition of 8% cobalt is used. This allows for precise drilling and guarantees long tool life without diameter changes. Additional cutters are undersized in diameter to prevent the drill bit from jamming. The spiral design allows for optimal removal of slurry and prevents waste accumulation in the grooves. The spiral part of the drill bit is made of high-quality tool steel and undergoes special heat treatment. As a result, the drill bit withstands high loads without the risk of deformation. The shank must be lubricated when installing in the chuck.
