"RAM block" – a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the enclosures. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and ensures an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with expanded polyurethane, which improves sealing quality. The edge bend of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the internal space of the cabinet, and the manufacturing holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system ensures a durable coating for the enclosures that is resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on the basic components. Busbar holders along with special accessories are used to create busbar routes and fix busbars. Holders are used to mount profiles to the cabinet.
