"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. Enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment and ensures an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with polyurethane foam, which improves sealing quality. The edge fold of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the interior, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system ensures a durable coating resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex custom solutions based on basic components.
