"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and ensures an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. A polyurethane foam coating is applied to the inner side of the door, which improves sealing quality. The crimped edge of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the interior of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure dust and water protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system provides the enclosures with a durable coating resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on basic components. Doors are used to restrict access to the interior of the cabinet or to its individual sections.
