IZO disc plug consists of the following elements: a plug with a two-segment expansion zone and an enlarged clamping washer with a diameter of 60 mm, and an expansion element – a nail. The material used for the plug and nail is polypropylene. The plug is designed for fastening thermal insulation building materials and products (up to 150 mm thick) to substrates of concrete, solid, silicate, and hollow ceramic brick masonry, and cellular concrete. Installation is performed using the through-mounting method. On average, 5-8 plugs are used per 1 sq. m of thermal insulation area.
