IZL-T plate anchor consists of the following elements: an anchor with a two-segment expansion zone and an enlarged clamping washer with a diameter of 60 mm, and an expansion element – a nail with a thermal head that prevents the formation of a "thermal bridge". The anchor is made of polypropylene, the nail is made of carbon steel with an anti-corrosion hot-dip galvanized coating, and the nail's thermal head is made of polyamide. The anchor is designed for fastening thermal insulation building materials and products (up to 240 mm thick) to substrates of concrete, solid silicate ceramic and hollow ceramic brick masonry, and cellular concrete. Installation is performed using the through-mounting method. On average, 5-6 anchors are used per 1 sq. m of thermal insulation area.
