Electrical installation express terminals allow you to easily, and most importantly safely and instantly, connect 4 wires together (aluminum and copper single-core). Simply insert the cable or wire core into the terminal, and the self-tightening contact will securely fix the connection. The diameter of the connected wires must be from 0.2 to 2.5 mm2 in cross-section. Before installation, the insulation must be removed from the connected conductors in accordance with the markings on the terminal body (9-12 mm). The stripped section on the installation side must not have sharp bends. Connection is carried out by pushing the stripped wire into the free terminal socket until it stops. In turn, the terminals are filled with a special contact paste, which creates a barrier against moisture entering the connector and also prevents oxidation of the conductors. A special technological hole on the back of the terminal is intended for checking the connection with a tester or a multimeter probe. The black plastic shell combined with the insulating paste inside makes the contact insulated. If necessary, disassembly is performed by pulling the conductor out of the socket while simultaneously wiggling the wire.
