Ex RAY LED series indicators are designed for circuit integrity indication and quick, easy installation of self-regulating heating cables; they are installed in hazardous areas of oil and gas and petrochemical enterprises according to explosion protection markings for operation in an AC network of 100~277 V (±10%), 50 Hz (±0.4 Hz). Application zones: gas – 1, 2; dust – 21, 22 according to GOST R IEC 60079. Maximum pipe mounting surface temperature: +250°C. Capability to input up to 3 sections of flat heating cable. Input cable: flat/heating – max 12.5x5.5 mm, 3 pcs, round cross-section – 5…8 mm, 3 pcs. Installation is carried out using clamps on the support surface. The Ex RAY LED series indicator consists of a housing made of aluminum alloy. An LED light source and a seal for flat heating cable are installed inside the housing. The housing elements and the diffuser are connected to each other, forming an explosion-proof enclosure. Stop elements and grounding screws are made of corrosion-resistant friction-safe steel.
