REXANT soldering acid is one of the most common fluxes for soldering. It is designed to remove oxides from the surface before soldering and to improve the wetting of liquid solder when soldering carbon and low-alloy steels, copper, nickel, and their alloys. It is used in soldering and tinning of parts with tin-lead solders. Manufactured in accordance with OST 4G 0.033.200.
Maximum activity temperature: +290...+350°C. After soldering, it is recommended to wash off the acid residue with a 5% solution of soda ash.
The high penetrability of the flux allows for easy treatment of contacts in the most inaccessible places, and its aggressiveness contributes to the rapid destruction of the oxide film on the metal surface.
Main components: zinc chloride and water. Packaging option – 30 ml bottle.
