Active soldering grease is designed to remove oxides from surfaces before soldering, improve the wetting of liquid solder when soldering highly oxidized parts, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, carbon steels, copper, and nickel. It is used as a replacement for soldering acid. Not to be used for soldering aluminum, its alloys, and electrical equipment! Manufactured in accordance with GOST 19250-73. Holds well on metal contacts, ensuring precise dosing and high application speed. Accelerates the tinning process of contacts, evaporates slowly on the tip without leaving residue. Flux residues are removed with alcohol solutions or cleaning liquids. Maximum activity temperature: +150…+350°C. Composition: technical vaseline (VTV-1), paraffin, zinc chloride, ammonium chloride, and deionized water. Packaging – 100 ml jar. Well-known companies such as Stannol, Felder, CHEMET, ERSA, and GOOT produce flux with the same composition.
