Insulated, heat-shrinkable connection sleeve (GSI-t L-37 mm), 0.5-1 mm2 red REXANT is designed for high-quality and rapid connection of wires to each other, as well as hermetic insulation of the connection point. This sleeve is used for connecting multi-strand copper wires of the corresponding diameter during the installation of electrical contact connections on rolling stock (automotive, railway, aircraft, and shipbuilding) or in other locations where connection reliability is critical (e.g., radio or climate equipment). Insulated heat-shrinkable connector REXANT consists of two components: a seamless metal tube and a protective insulator that completely covers the connector. The seamless drawn metal tube (contact part) is made of brass with surface electrolytic tinning, featuring a middle constriction notch for even wire entry from both sides. The heat-shrinkable insulator is made of cross-linked nylon with an internal adhesive layer and a shrink ratio of 4:1, which ensures complete sealing of the connection and reliably protects the contact part from external influences and the person from electric shock. The translucent body allows for monitoring wire insertion. Crimping is performed by mechanical deformation using special crimping pliers (ht-301 H, ht-301 N, ht-301 W) over the protective insulator. The insulator color is red.
