Insulated splice sleeve (GSI L-26 mm), 0.5-1.5 mm2, red REXANT is designed for high-quality and fast connection of wires, as well as insulation of their connection point. This sleeve is used to connect multi-strand copper wires of the corresponding diameter during the installation of mobile electrical contact connections in rolling stock (automotive, railway, aircraft, and shipbuilding) or in other locations where connection reliability is important (for example, radio or climate equipment). The REXANT insulated connector consists of two components: a seamless metal tube and a protective insulator that completely covers the connector. The seamless metal tube (contact part) is made of brass with surface electrolytic tinning and features a limiting notch in the middle for uniform wire insertion from both sides. The sleeve insulator is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), reliably protecting the contact part from external influences and the person from electric shock. Crimping is performed by mechanical deformation using special crimping tools (ht-301 H, ht-301 N, ht-301 W) over the protective insulator. The insulator color is red.
