The splice sleeve is designed for high-quality and rapid connection of wires. It is used to connect multi-strand copper wires of the corresponding diameter when installing mobile electrical contact connections on rolling stock (in automotive, railway, aircraft, and shipbuilding) or in other locations where connection reliability is critical (for example, radio or climate control equipment). The use of the sleeve simplifies wire splicing, improves the mechanical tensile strength of the connection, and ensures the most reliable contact with the cable core. The splice sleeve is a seamless drawn brass tube (contact part) with surface electrolytic tin plating, featuring a limiting notch in the middle for uniform wire insertion from both sides. Crimping is performed by mechanical deformation using special crimping tools (ht-301 H, ht-301 N, ht-301 W) after inserting the cores. Wire cross-section range: 2.5-4 mm2. Sleeve length: 15 mm.
