Explosion-proof LED luminaire INSEL LED Eх series is designed for lighting explosion-hazardous areas of all room classes and outdoor installations of oil and gas and petrochemical industry enterprises according to the explosion protection marking. The explosion safety of the luminaire is ensured by protection type "t". Application zones: for gas – 1, 2; for dust – 21, 22 according to GOST R IEC 60079. Screw terminal blocks. Built-in power supply. Internal and external grounding, M5x1.5 screws. Mounting on a universal mounting bracket (INSEL LB/S LED Eх). Can be recessed into niches (INSEL LB/R LED Eх) using a mounting kit (supplied with the luminaire). The luminaire can be mounted to a wall on a swivel bracket or on a console. The luminaire consists of a housing made of copper-free die-cast aluminum alloy, in which the LED module, power supply, and screw terminal blocks for power connection are mounted. The diffuser is connected to the housing and pressed against it by a frame, forming a sealed explosion-proof connection. The LED module with motion/light sensors is located in a separate volume. The power supply and terminal blocks are located in a separate compartment. Luminaire mounting kits and fasteners are made of corrosion-resistant steel.
