Crimper housing is made of high-strength hardened tool steel with black oxide coating, making it resistant to mechanical impact and providing a long service life. Removable crimping jaws are made by micro-casting and guarantee precise compliance with the size and shape of terminals and contacts. A special regulator allows controlling the clamping force of the dies, and the ratchet mechanism performs a full cycle of high-quality crimping. The tool is also equipped with a transmission mechanism that reduces hand load when closing the handles, and a return mechanism that ensures the return stroke of the handles and simplifies the work process.
