Tool for simultaneous termination of twisted pairs in 110-type punch down blocks, 5-pair attachment, NIKOMAX NMC-315DR

NMC-315DR mounting tool is designed for simultaneous termination of multiple wire pairs into 110 type punch-down blocks. The tool is a mechanical device designed for the mechanical fixation of wire conductors into the contacts of a cross-connect block or connector. The tool is equipped with removable interchangeable tips and an impact mechanism. The tips feature blades for trimming excess wire length after fixation in the contacts. The blade insert can be set to the working position or retracted inside: for simple wire fixation without trimming. NMC-315DR comes with a 5-pair tip designed for terminating multi-pair cables into 110 blocks. For terminating four-pair cables, it is more convenient to use the NMC-TA15B 4-pair tip (sold separately). This tip does not repeatedly cut into adjacent IDC contacts, extending their service life, which is especially relevant for patch panels.
