Switching panels or patch panels are a vital part of any SCS and IT infrastructure of a building or structure with a large number of information sockets and terminal ports of end users, which need to be switched to the ports of active network equipment located in server and distribution nodes. Depending on the mounting method, the scale of the cabling system, and the type of network, ITK manufactures patch panels for wall mounting or mounting in a 19-inch enclosure, in the following number of ports: 12, 24, 25, 48, 50, categories: 3 (telephone), 5E, 6, 6A, in shielded and unshielded versions. Patch panels for mounting in a 19" cabinet or rack comply with the 19" (482.6 mm) standard, have holes on the left and right sides for mounting to the profile, and are produced in heights of 0.5, 1, or 2 units. On the front side, all ITK patch panels have a special area for additional marking and digital port numbering; on the back side, IDC modules have color and digital numbering. Additionally, for easier installation and cable management, there are products with a cable organizer in the front or back. Patch panels comply with international standards UL 1863, ISO/IEC 11801:2002, TIA/EIA-568-B, with conductor coding in accordance with T568B and A. Supplied in a cardboard box with fasteners.
