The IP 212-50M2 fire detector is an autonomous optoelectronic device that provides signaling upon the appearance of smoke at the installation site. The basis of the autonomous smoke fire detector is a microprocessor, the processing of whose measurement results allows for making a decision on forming a "Fire" signal with maximum accuracy and significantly reduces the probability of false alarms. The IP 212-50M2 detector consists of a sensor and a mounting plate. The sensor is a plastic housing containing an optoelectronic system and a circuit board with electronic components. The detachable connection of the sensor to the mounting plate ensures ease of installation, mounting, and maintenance of the detector. The detector has the following features: - return of the detector to standby mode 20 sec. after the smoke exposure ceases; - convenient testing using a button; - decision-making on forming the "Fire" signal with maximum accuracy due to microprocessor processing of measurement results, which significantly reduces the probability of false alarms; - does not react to changes in temperature, humidity, or the presence of flame, natural or artificial light; - modern housing design; - The IP 212-50M2 detector is autonomous and does not provide for connection to any external circuits - alarm loops, power lines, etc. Power for the detector is supplied by an internal "Kron" battery with a nominal voltage of 9 V, which is included in the delivery set. The detector is installed in residential premises (except for bathrooms, saunas, washrooms, showers, and other similar rooms) in areas where smoke is most likely to appear. Installation is carried out in locations remote from heating appliances.
