• PURPOSE AABl cable is designed for power transmission in stationary installations in AC networks at a voltage of 6 - 10 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz. • SCOPE OF APPLICATION The cable is used in power utilities, industrial enterprises, and in power distribution and transmission systems. Most often, AABl cable is operated in temperate and cold climates (from -50°C to +50°C). The cable can be laid in earth trenches with low corrosion activity. The cable must be installed in soil where stray currents are absent. The cable must not be subjected to tensile loads to avoid damaging the steel armor and screen. Service life is at least 30 years.
