FLEXICORE® LiYCY (TP) – shielded low-frequency control cables with twisted pairs, with PVC insulation and sheath and a nominal operating voltage of up to 60 V, maximum peak operating voltage - 350 V for cables with a cross-section of 0.14 mm2, 500 V for cables with a cross-section of 0.25 mm2 and above (not for power circuits). • Cables are designed for control and signal transmission for computing devices, electronic control and monitoring devices, office equipment, scales, and for applications where shielded small-cross-section cables with optimal protection against electrical interference are required, where reduction of crosstalk and mutual interference achieved by twisted pairs is required. • Designed for use in dry and wet rooms. • Cables are UV resistant according to GOST 20.57.406 clause 2.26. • Cables are resistant to the effects of mineral oil according to GOST 25018. • Cables comply with climatic execution category U 1, 1.1, 2, 2.1, 3, 3.1, 4, 4.1, 4.2 according to GOST 15150. • Cables are designed for stationary installation and for limited mobility applications. Construction Based on standards: VDE 0812 and EN 50288-7. • Flexible strands made of fine non-tinned copper wires, class 4 flexibility for cross-sections from 0.14 mm2 to 0.34 mm2, and class 5 flexibility for cross-sections from 0.5 mm2, in accordance with IEC 60228, GOST 22483. • Core insulation made of PVC compound. • Core identification: color in accordance with Table 1 • Twisted insulated cores: twisted pair. • PET film winding over the twisted pairs. • Shield in the form of a braid of tinned copper wires (coverage density from 80 to 85%). • Sheath: UV and oil-resistant PVC compound, color pebble gray RAL 7032; upon Customer's request, the sheath can be of another color.
