"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. The internal space of the cabinets accommodates equipment for automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection systems. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. The doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with expanded polyurethane, which improves sealing quality. The edge bend of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the internal space of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. Three-stage automated painting system ensures a durable coating for the enclosures, resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for creating complex individual solutions based on basic components. The plinth for the cabinet is ordered with a separate code. Cable entry can be from the bottom. In this case, a cable clamp is used to secure the cable. It is fixed to the C-shaped profile with a clamp. A dielectric plate is used to protect the cable. Compatible cable diameter is from 38 to 42 mm.
