REXANT polymer-coated steel cable ties are designed for operation in aggressive environments, under high vibration, humidity, radiation, and extreme temperature fluctuations. They easily handle tasks that would be impossible for nylon ties. They also serve as an alternative to metal strapping. Cable ties are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The polymer coating increases corrosion resistance, smooths the edges of the tie, and creates an insulating layer that prevents galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals. Thanks to the polymer layer, the product is plastic, does not crack, and maintains flexibility even at negative temperatures. Cable ties are non-detachable, single-use items, ensuring reliable and secure fastening without the risk of accidental detachment. The single-use clamp is produced via a ball mechanism. Special surface treatment of the ball ensures reliable fastening and prevents the strap from slipping. Packaged as 50 ties, size 200x4.6 mm. Installation of the ties can be performed using a special mounting tool (art. 12-4522).
