Product description and features SKs-2 (304) steel cable ties – general-purpose AISI 304 stainless steel ties without polymer coating. Unlike SKs steel ties, SKs-2 ties are designed for a double wrap of the fastened object, which increases the fastening strength many times over. SKs-2 (304) stainless steel ties are intended for creating ultra-strong structures and are resistant to all weather conditions, aggressive environments, vibration, radiation, humidity, and extreme temperature fluctuations. SKs-2 (304) ties of the "Fortisflex" brand are produced at the "KVT" electrical plant in Kaluga with a quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard. All products are certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and are approved for use on ships and floating structures of the Russian Federation. High requirements for the quality of materials used and the reliability of the fastening design as a whole are a distinguishing feature of "Fortisflex" stainless steel ties. SKs-2 (304) ties are equipped with special design ball-type self-locking locks that allow the strap to be passed through twice and block the backward movement of the strap. Thanks to the double turn of the strap, the cross-sectional strength of the bandage is doubled, ensuring a tighter grip and increasing the tensile strength of the fastening by an order of magnitude. "Fortisflex" SKs-2 (304) steel ties are available in 2 basic size ranges: double reinforced - 7.9 mm wide and double ties for extreme loads with a width of 12 mm. Tie length varies from 400 to 1400 mm. Custom manufacturing of non-standard length ties is available upon request. For installation of SKs-2 (304) ties with a width of 7.9 mm, the recommended tools are TG-02 (KVT) with manual end cutting or TG-05 (KVT) with automatic cutting upon reaching the set tightening force. For tightening and cutting 12 mm wide ties, use tools TG-02 (KVT) or IN-20 mini (KVT).
