REXANT polymer-coated steel clamp is designed for use in aggressive environments, under high vibration, humidity, radiation, and extreme temperature fluctuations. It easily handles tasks that would be impossible for a nylon tie. It also serves as an alternative to metal strapping. The clamps are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The polymer coating increases corrosion resistance, smooths the edges of the tie, and creates an insulating layer that prevents chemical corrosion between dissimilar metals. Thanks to the polymer layer, the product possesses plasticity, does not crack, and maintains flexibility even at negative temperatures. The clamps are non-detachable, single-use items, ensuring reliable and secure fixation without the risk of accidental detachment. The single-use fastening is achieved through a ball mechanism. Special surface treatment of the ball ensures reliable fixation and prevents the strap from slipping out. The package contains 50 ties sized 152x4.6 mm. Installation of the clamps can be performed using a special mounting tool (art. 12-4522).
