Fully insulated flat terminal (KPPI gn - 6.6 mm) 0.5-1.5 mm2 REXANT is designed for creating high-quality electrical equipment connections or connecting wires together, which can be disconnected without extra effort if necessary. This terminal is used for crimping multi-strand copper wires during the installation of mobile electrical contact connections in rolling stock (automotive, railway, aircraft, and shipbuilding) or in other places where connection reliability is important (e.g., telephone or climate equipment). The fully insulated REXANT flat terminal consists of two components: a metal connector (socket) and a protective insulator that completely covers the plug. The metal connector is made of brass with surface electrolytic tinning, and the terminal insulator is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which reliably protects the cable crimp site and the contact part. The insulator color is red. Crimping is performed with special crimping pliers (ht-301) over the protective insulator. Each terminal has a lock-type fastener for a more secure mechanical connection with the plug connector.
