ERA 222 series universal feed-through lever terminals are designed for creating multiple connections of all types of conductors (single-core and multi-core copper conductors terminated with NShvI ferrules) without the use of special tools. When connecting conductors with insulated NShvI ferrules, their maximum cross-section must be one size smaller than the maximum cross-section of the terminal. They are used for splicing conductors in junction boxes, as well as for organizing feed-through connections when connecting lighting and other electrical equipment. Using 222 series universal feed-through lever terminals allows: - creating a reliable and long-lasting wire connection thanks to the spring terminal mechanism controlled by levers. - the ability to easily and quickly disconnect wires, change the circuit, or connect an additional circuit or device. - quickly connecting or extending wires made of different materials and different cross-sections. Design features: - the lever mechanism design ensures multiple installation and removal of all types of copper conductors with a cross-section up to 4.0 mm2: single-core, multi-core, and fine-wire. - the specially selected initial position of the lever prevents accidental disconnection of the connected conductor. - the products feature test holes that allow measurement of the electrical parameters of the connection circuit. - the housing is made of polyamide 6.6. It is flame-retardant and halogen-free according to UL94V2. - the contact part includes high-copper tinned brass, which guarantees good electrical conductivity and low terminal heating. - the clamping mechanism is made of high-quality alloy spring steel, ensuring reliable conductor clamping and stability of characteristics with repeated use.
