KSV ERA power input terminals are screw terminal clamps made of aluminum in a compact housing made of dielectric non-flammable plastic. They are designed for organizing the input and distribution of large cross-section conductors (from 6 to 240 mm2) inside electrical enclosures and switchboards, as well as acting as a transition element when connecting conductors, and as additional elements for connecting and installing industrial equipment in AC or DC circuits with voltages up to 800 V. KSV power input terminals find application in any electrical installations, ranging from low-voltage distribution and control industrial equipment to building automation systems. Using KSV terminals allows: - organizing orderly input and distribution in low-voltage switchgear (LVSG), - reducing the number of conductors in LVSG, which simplifies maintenance, - saving space and easily placing new elements. Design features: - the universal mounting design allows for mounting terminals on both a DIN rail and a mounting panel; - the current-carrying part is made of aluminum and has a ribbed surface on the inner part, which ensures reliable fixation when tightening the contact; - the hexagonal socket head clamping screws are made of galvanized steel and have a rounded contact part, which prevents cutting and damage to the connected conductors; - insulated housing material: non-combustible polyamide 6.6 with additives (flammability class V-0 according to UL 94); - the middle partition of the terminal allows for separating incoming and outgoing conductors; - phase, neutral, and grounding conductor terminals have appropriate color coding, which facilitates their identification inside the switchboard; - the front cover of the terminals provides mounting for marking tags, which are purchased separately.
