SIP sealing plate kits provide IP 44 dust and water protection at the connection points of non-perforated trays and covers. The kit includes two protective side metal plates, two protective base metal plates, and 4 EPDM rubber seals. They are mounted on each tray joint. The metal plates tightly press the rubber seals against the tray, ensuring protection of the cable inside the tray from dust and moisture ingress. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" finish have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKC zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating. Suitable for a tray with a side wall height of 50 mm and a width of 200 mm.
