Kit for providing IP44 protection degree at tray section joints 400x100, zinc-flake SIP01040HDZL DKC

SIP sealing plate kit provides IP 44 degree of dust and moisture protection at the connection points of non-perforated trays and covers. The kit includes two protective side metal plates, two protective base metal plates, and 4 EPDM rubber seals. They are mounted on each tray joint. The metal plates tightly press the rubber seals against the tray, ensuring protection of the cable inside the tray from dust and moisture ingress. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" finish have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating. Suitable for a tray with a side wall height of 100 mm and a tray width of 400 mm.
