Cable compartment kit for DAE/CQE 1800 x 400 cabinets

"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control racks. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed within the internal space of the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. The doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. A foamed polyurethane coating is applied to the inner side of the door, which improves sealing quality. The edge bend of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the internal space of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system ensures a durable coating for the enclosures that is resistant to chips and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on the basic components. Various accessories included in the system are used to organize sectioning. A kit for creating a cable compartment is used to organize cable entry in an assembled DAE or CQE cabinet. Cabinet height is 1800 mm, depth is 400 mm.
