The repair kit for power oil transformers of 25, 40, 63, 100, 160 kVA includes: Sealing gaskets (oil-resistant based) under insulators (used for sealing HV+LV bushings and preventing oil leakage between the tank and the insulator): • HV type bushing seal under insulator (D,mm 100)(d,mm 65) (s,mm 6) – 3 pcs • LV 1 type bushing seal under insulator (D,mm 48)(d,mm 28) (s,mm 6) – 4 pcs Sealing sleeves (rings) over insulators (used for sealing HV + LV bushings and preventing oil leakage between the HV + LV stud and the insulator): • HV type bushing seal over insulator (D,mm 30)(d,mm 11) (s,mm 18) – 3 pcs • LV 1 type bushing seal over insulator (D,mm 25)(d,mm 11) (s,mm 12) – 4 pcs • Gasket (oil-resistant based) under oil level gauge — 1 pc.; • Oil level gauge (3.0x20x186 mm)— 1 pc.; • Gasket (oil-resistant based) for the expansion tank sedimenter — 1 pc.; • Sedimenter (transparent) — 1 pc.; • Gasket (oil-resistant based) for the tap changer shaft — 1 pc.; • Gasket (oil-resistant based) for the air dryer — 1 pc.; • Gasket (oil-resistant based) under the expansion tank — 1 pc.; • Sealing ring (oil-resistant based) for the pressure relief valve — 1 pc.
