The repair kit for the 630 kVA power oil transformer includes: Sealing gaskets (oil-resistant based) under insulators (used for sealing HV+LV bushings and preventing oil leakage between the tank and the insulator): • HV type bushing seal under insulator (D,mm 100) (d,mm 65) (s,mm 6) – 3 pcs • LV 2 type bushing seal under insulator (D,mm 65) (d,mm 45) (s,mm 6) – 1 pc • LV 3 type bushing seal under insulator (D,mm 90) (d,mm 52) (s,mm 6) – 3 pcs Sealing sleeves (rings) over insulators (used for sealing HV + LV bushings and preventing oil leakage between the HV + LV stud and the insulator): • HV type bushing seal over insulator (D,mm 30) (d,mm 11) (s,mm 18) – 3 pcs • LV 2 type bushing seal over insulator (D,mm 32) (d,mm 15) (s,mm 16) – 1 pc • LV 4 type bushing seal over insulator (D,mm 50) (d,mm 26) (s,mm 22) – 3 pcs • Gasket (oil-resistant based) for oil level gauge — 1 pc; • Oil level gauge (3.0x20x186 mm) — 1 pc; • Gasket (oil-resistant based) for the expansion tank sedimenter — 1 pc; • Sedimenter (transparent) — 1 pc; • Gasket (oil-resistant based) for the tap changer shaft — 1 pc; • Gasket (oil-resistant based) for the air dryer — 1 pc; • Gasket (oil-resistant based) for the expansion tank — 1 pc; • Sealing ring (oil-resistant based) for the pressure relief valve — 1 pc.
