"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the enclosures. The enclosures reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. A polyurethane foam coating is applied to the inner side of the door, which improves sealing quality. The edge fold of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the interior of the enclosure, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system provides the enclosures with a durable coating resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on basic components. Busbar tracks and busbar fixation are achieved using busbar supports along with special accessories. The kit includes busbar supports and the fasteners necessary for fixation. Such a kit can be used for busbars with 3-4 poles with a distance between poles of more than 40 mm.
