RTDC Series - thin two-core high power heating cable (17W/m). Both heating cores of the cable are heating elements, which ensures rapid floor heating. The thin airtight sleeve allows for reduced floor level rise and ensures high system reliability. Super-strong aramid core and triple insulation reliably protect the cable from accidental damage and overheating throughout its service life. Recommended for installation in concrete screed, suitable for rooms with complex configurations. Due to the double heating conductor, the user can achieve the desired microclimate in the room in record time, without limiting themselves during the installation stage by floor configuration, room layout features, or required power. RTDC can be laid in concrete, tile adhesive, or under stone. The Royal Thermo heating cable design is equipped with a thin airtight sleeve that provides electrical and mechanical connection of the heating part of the cable to the power cable. It has almost the same diameter as the cable itself, which does not change the floor level rise. This also makes it possible to avoid making a special recess in the floor during installation. Due to the special shape and design of the sleeve, the possibility of its damage during floor covering installation is excluded. Three layers of sleeve insulation ensure the reliability and airtightness of the connection between the heating cable and the power wire throughout a long service life. The design allows the cable to be bent without the risk of breakage or core fracture. This is achieved due to the unique design of the thin twisted heating cores, the length of which exceeds the cable length by 6%. Under any deformation or tension, the main load falls on the aramid core, while the heating conductors easily adapt to changes in the bending radius. The base of the Royal Thermo heating mat is a unique core made of aramid threads. Royal Thermo cable products use an additional second layer of insulation for the heating cores. Thus, three layers of insulation are used: individual insulation of the heating cores, additional sheath insulation, and an outer jacket, which reliably protect the heating elements of the core from damage, depressurization, and moisture penetration throughout the entire service life. The second layer of insulation covers any possible defect (microcracks) in the first layer. Double and reinforced insulation provides better resistance, withstanding up to 4000 V breakdown voltage. The outer jacket of the heating cable is resistant to the chemical composition of concrete and tile adhesive. This ensures a long service life for the heating cables.
