Bimetal hole saw is used during electrical installation work and utility laying. It allows for obtaining large diameter holes in materials such as plastic, wood, steel, metal, etc. It is used with drills, rotary hammers, and stationary machines. The body of the hole saw is made of tool steel, and the teeth with a variable pitch of 4-6 mm are made of P6M5K8 high-speed steel, which is resistant to overheating. Due to the quality of the materials used, the tool is characterized by a long service life and high productivity. The design is equipped with holes that compensate for deformation during overheating and also remove construction dust and sludge. Special tooth sharpening facilitates efficient entry into the material, allowing for cutting holes of the correct round shape without chips and cracks. The hole saw is used with a hexagonal shank for drilling with a drill or with an SDS PLUS shank for drilling with a rotary hammer. Shanks are sold separately. Drilling metal/steel must be carried out in non-impact mode using cutting fluid (coolant).
