ERA OPTIMA IP54 shield with mounting panel is designed to provide reliable protection for equipment in electrical power distribution and process automation systems, protecting electrical, low-voltage, and multimedia equipment from environmental impact. ERA OPTIMA SHMP enclosures are a welded cabinet-type structure. The shield is made of high-quality Russian steel, has a rigid welded body (multi-spot welding method) and a high-quality epoxy-polyester powder exterior coating that protects the shield and the equipment placed inside from environmental impact. The shield doors are equipped with Z-profiles for mounting additional equipment, which also serve as a reinforcement block. The shield doors are removable and reversible. The airtightness of the doors is ensured by a soft, high-quality two-component sealant. The mounting panel is made of galvanized steel, steel thickness from 0.8-1.5 mm. Large-sized mounting panels have additional fastening points. Shields over 1000 mm in height are equipped with a cable entry hatch.
