Crimper is designed for crimping twin ferrule terminals with a cross-section of 0.5–6 mm2. The tool body is made of high-strength hardened tool steel with bluing, providing a long service life and resistance to mechanical loads. Removable crimping jaws, manufactured using micro-casting, guarantee perfect fit to the size and shape of the contacts. The dual-circuit matrix allows crimping both the insulation and the conductor. The transmission mechanism reduces hand load during operation. The return mechanism automatically returns the handles to the initial position after each crimping cycle. The compression force regulator allows adjusting the optimal crimping force for different types of terminals. The ratchet mechanism ensures high-quality crimping without premature release of the handles. Non-slip handles are made of dense synthetic material, making work comfortable and safe even during prolonged use.
