The crimper is designed for crimping pin terminals with a cross-section of 0.25–6 mm2. The crimper body is made of high-strength chrome-vanadium steel with a blued finish, ensuring a long service life and resistance to mechanical loads. A four-segment self-adjusting die with a diaphragm-type rotary cam system performs a square crimp profile, ensuring uniform force distribution. The pressure regulator allows for adjusting the optimal crimping force for different types of terminals. The return mechanism automatically returns the handles to the initial position after each crimping cycle. The ratchet mechanism ensures high-quality crimping without premature release of the handles. Two-component non-slip handles are made of dense synthetic material, making work comfortable and safe even during prolonged use.
