Crimper for pin ferrules 0.25-6.0 sq.mm (HT-864) (HY-UD64) PROCONNECT 12-3202-4

The crimper is designed for crimping pin terminals with a cross-section of 0.25–6 mm2. The crimper body is made of high-strength hardened tool steel with chrome plating, which ensures a long service life and resistance to mechanical loads. A four-segment self-adjusting die with a diaphragm-type rotary cam system performs a square crimp profile with knurling, ensuring uniform distribution of crimping force. The pressure regulator allows adjusting the optimal crimping force for different types of terminals. The return mechanism automatically returns the handles to the initial position after each crimping cycle. The ratchet mechanism ensures high-quality crimping without premature release of the handles. Non-slip handles are made of dense synthetic material, making operation comfortable and safe even during prolonged use.
