Crimper designed for crimping insulated and non-insulated pin terminals with cross-section 0.5–4 mm2. The tool body is made of high-strength hardened tool steel with a black oxide finish, ensuring long service life and resistance to mechanical loads. Removable crimping jaws, manufactured by micro-molding, guarantee perfect compliance with the size and shape of the contacts. The transmission mechanism reduces hand strain during operation. The return mechanism automatically returns the handles to their original position after each crimping cycle. The compression force regulator allows adjusting the optimal crimping force for different types of terminals. The ratchet mechanism ensures high-quality crimping without premature release of the handles. Non-slip handles are made of dense synthetic material, making work comfortable and safe even during prolonged use.
