The crimper is designed for crimping pin terminals with a cross-section of 0.25–10 mm2. The crimper body is made of high-strength chrome vanadium steel with black oxide finish and is coated with protective plastic, making it resistant to mechanical impact and ensuring a long service life. A four-segment self-adjusting die with a diaphragm-type rotary pawl system performs a square crimp profile, ensuring uniform pressure distribution. Crimping pressure is adjustable. The return mechanism returns the tool to its original position, which simplifies work and reduces fatigue. The ratchet mechanism performs a complete high-quality crimping cycle. The two-component handles are made of dense non-slip synthetic material, making work with the tool easy and comfortable.
