A flap disc is used in conjunction with angle grinders of the corresponding diameter. Grinding discs are intended for preliminary, intermediate, and finish processing of metal, wood, plastic, and other materials. The structural feature of the discs is the fan-like arrangement of the abrasive material flaps, which ensures smooth operation of the disc and prevents overheating in the grinding zone. The flap disc is made of abrasive paper on a fabric base. Due to the T-29 disc type, the contact area is increased, which increases the surface processing speed and reduces the possibility of defects such as gouges, pits, and burns. The fabric base of the flaps wears evenly during operation and reveals the next layer of abrasive, allowing for the full use of the disc's resource. Outer diameter – 115 mm, arbor – 22.2 mm.
