FIT IT diamond flexible grinding wheel is designed for grinding and polishing concrete, marble, granite, porcelain stoneware, tiles, and other materials. It is also used for grinding uneven edges of ceramic tiles after cutting with a diamond disc at a 45° angle. It can be used both with and without water supply. It is used with angle grinders with speed control and electric drills with a power of at least 650 W. Due to the high concentration of diamond grain and polymer bond, the wheel is completely corrosion-resistant and highly wear-resistant. The mesh structure of the working part ensures efficient removal of dust and sludge, low heating rate, and the possibility of working without forced water cooling. It does not change the color of the material being processed during operation. The high flexibility of the wheel allows for processing products of various shapes. The hook-and-loop backing allows for quick installation of the wheel.
