The "S5 Combitech" sheet tray system is designed to build reliable cable routes where the cable will be maximally protected from damage. To increase the protection level, it is recommended to use sheet trays together with covers. The covers are securely fixed by snapping, and if necessary, they can be removed to gain access to the cable. Accessories are connected to each other using the "male-female" method; the connection can be secured with bolts if necessary. Covers are made of sheet steel coated with a protective layer of zinc before forming to prevent corrosion. To ensure the maximum degree of dust and moisture protection IP 44, also use the seals included in the system. The grounding cover is designed for perforated and non-perforated sheet trays with a width of 150 mm and a length of 2000 mm. "Zinc-lamella" execution covers have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin with added aluminum and zinc flakes. Such a coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the zinc-lamella coating DKS are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
