The "S5 Combitech" sheet tray system is designed to build reliable cable routes where the cable will be maximally protected from damage. To increase the level of protection, it is recommended to use sheet trays together with covers. Covers are securely fixed by snapping, and if necessary, they can be removed to gain access to the cable. Accessories are connected to each other using the "male-female" method; the connection can be secured with bolts if necessary. Covers are made of sheet steel coated with a protective layer of zinc before forming to prevent corrosion. To ensure maximum IP 44 dust and moisture protection, also use the seals included in the system. The cover with grounding is intended for perforated and non-perforated trays with a length of 2 meters and a width of 300 mm. Steel thickness is 1.2 mm. The accessory is made in a special "Hot Zinc" finish, characterized by increased corrosion resistance. Products with such a coating can be used in aggressive environments, high humidity, frequent precipitation, and salt spray.
